Annual Leave

You’ll get a generous 20 days annual leave in addition to your 8 bank holidays during our holiday year which runs from January to December.

Health & Wellbeing Benefits

We know that having a good mental and physical wellbeing helps you to perform better and have a better work life balance.  That’s why we partially fund the Hospital Saturday Fund, a healthcare scheme, to support you with a range of treatments.  This scheme also has a 24 hour GP advice line, access to a GP service and access to counselling services.  These services are totally confidential and independent to Sentinel Group Security.
